I sent crypto, but it's not showing up in my balance.
Crypto deposits require a certain number of network confirmations before they are credited. Depending on the coin and network congestion, this can take anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes. Also, ensure you sent it via the correct network (e.g., ERC-20 vs TRC-20).
Why was my withdrawal request rejected?
The most common reasons are: your account is not fully verified (KYC), you have active bonus wagering requirements, or you are trying to withdraw to a different payment method than the one you used to deposit.
