Can I use my Ontario Health Card to verify my identity?
No. By Canadian law, private companies are not legally permitted to ask for or accept Health Cards as a form of identification. Please provide a valid provincial Driver's License, Photo ID Card, or Canadian Passport.
What can I use as Proof of Address in Canada?
We accept recent (under 3 months old) utility bills (hydro, water), internet/phone bills (from providers like Rogers, Bell, or Telus), or an official bank statement showing your full name and residential address.
I accidentally chose USD when signing up. Can I change it to CAD?
You cannot change your base currency yourself once the account is created. However, if you haven't made any deposits yet, please contact our Live Support, and we will manually switch your account to CAD to help you avoid exchange fees.
How long does it take to verify my documents?
If you upload clear, high-resolution photos where all four corners of the document are visible, our KYC team typically approves them within 12 to 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once done.
Can I set a daily deposit limit in CAD?
Absolutely. We strongly support responsible gaming. You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in your Account Settings. Once set, limits cannot be instantly overridden.
